The usual way

A designer for the identity, a developer for the website, an agency for content, a photographer, and someone for ads. Five parties, each working alone, and the story gets lost between them.

    We sit down together. I take in your whole story, and we agree where we're going.

  2. Month one

    The identity is ready, and the website is being built.

  3. Month two

    The website is live and connected to WhatsApp, filming has started, and the first content is out.

  4. From month three

    Content is flowing, ads are running, and I'm on every detail.

  5. Handover

    You receive the whole system, and I train you or someone on your team to keep it going.

Who I am

I'm Ahmad Darwish. A director.

Act one · Damascus

I started in theater, in Damascus. That's where I learned that people will sit two hours in the dark, if the story holds them.

Act two · Beirut, Moscow, Istanbul

Then I worked in media, content and production, and founded an agency I ran for five years. Cities, languages and markets changed. The rule stayed the same: the story is what sells.

Act three · Damascus, again

I came back to where I started, to build a system from that rule. A good story isn't enough without a road that brings the customer to you.
